Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment
At Death Doula Cincinnati, LLC, we are committed to providing thoughtful, respectful, and professional services. We hold ourselves to a high standard of care and integrity in all sessions and offerings.
2. Discovery Call and Fit
We offer a complimentary discovery call to help determine whether Death Doula Cincinnati, LLC and a prospective client are a good fit for working together.
This conversation is intended to:

explore needs and expectations

clarify the nature of our services
-
ensure alignment before engaging in paid sessions
A discovery call does not guarantee ongoing services or establish a client relationship beyond the scope of that conversation.
Engagement in services following a discovery call indicates mutual agreement to proceed within the scope of Death Doula Cincinnati’s offerings.
3. Satisfaction and Service Integrity
We do not guarantee specific emotional, psychological, or personal outcomes, as these are unique to each individual and situation.
However, we do guarantee that we will provide the services agreed upon with professionalism, presence, and good faith effort.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

If we fail to deliver a scheduled service as agreed

If a session is canceled by us and cannot be rescheduled

If there is a clear and documented service issue that cannot be resolved through communication
5. Client Concerns and Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with a service, we ask that you contact us directly so we can make a good faith effort to understand and address your concerns.
We believe most issues can be resolved through open communication.
6. Cancellations and Timing

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling or refund

Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session are not eligible for refund

Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable
7. Completed Services
Once a service has been fully delivered, refunds are not typically issued, except in cases of verified service failure as described above.
8. Abuse of Refund Policy
We reserve the right to decline future services if we determine that refund requests are being made in bad faith or as a pattern of misuse.
9. Refund Method
If a refund is offered, it will be issued back to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used.
